The error is a print fault error that is not 
fixable. The print head is broken.

She will email me when she wants me to come 
down and pick it up for PDR

Hi UCS,
Another request this morning.  Our Xerox 
ColorQube 8570 is not working.  WOU # 20100767[Edit Inv]
 
When it was warming up this morning it made a 
lot of loud noise (grinding and popping) …then 
stopped and gave the following error message:  
91,720,00:84877
 
I restarted and waited 10 minutes, restarted 
and received the same error message.
 
The printer is located in TH204.
