The paper sensor was stuck in a position that 
kept it from reading the paper. I jiggled it a 
bit and it went back into place.

Paper jam error went away and they were able to 
print.

I'm having issues with Student Media's Xerox
Phaser 5550 printer (WOU#: 20101082) in Terry
House. It had a paper jam earlier when I tried
using card stock, but I cleared the jam and
replaced the paper with regular paper. That being
said, the printer continues to say that there is a
jam even though I've cleared it, removed and
returned the tray the printer asked me to, and
restarted the whole system. None of this has fixed
the issue. Can you suggest anything else I could
do or would it be best for someone to come check
it out?
