Hello~ We recently got a new computer for Todd
316, #20160926[Edit Inv].

However, the mouse does not work anymore (maybe
needs a new battery, but we can't open it to
replace) and it also needs a USB. That is what was
reported to me.

Would someone be able to come over and remedy the
issue?
