I went down and tested the printer. Could not 
get the printer to not print double-sided.

They could not print this morning because I was 
updating Krusty and had to reboot.

I changed the default preference to one-sided 
to see if this helps the double-side print 
issue since I could not get it to happen again.

The printer in rwec 220 is having issues. She 
said it only prints about 50% of the time even 
though it says the job was complete. It also 
only prints double sided when set to print 
single sided. They don't get any error codes
