Good Morning!

I'm having a hard time setting up ASWOU Krusty 
Printer for the computer ID #20140640[Edit Inv].
I have the direction to set up their password 
access but I cannot figure out how to add the 
printer.
Please advise. ( I will be here until 12:30pm 
today)
