Went to her office and did some testing, turned 
off the DDC/CI and that did seem to help some.  I 
got less lagging, but it was still present.  I 
used a USB extender and that seemed to work while 
I was in her office.  She will test for a few 
days.

Tested her Mouse localy on several iMac's without 
issue.  IApple suggested to turn off the DDC/CI 
setting on the external monitor.  Also there 
could be interference from the dock and wireless 
receiver, possibly adding an extension might 
help.  I emailed her to setup a time to test this 
out.

Good afternoon,



I am having trouble with my mouse. It lags quite a
bit, making it difficult to use at times because I
can end up clicking on something I didn’t mean to
click. I got a mouse pad to see if that helped and
switched the dongle to different ports to see if
it would fix the issue, but to no avail.
