This printer is corrupted. Has a bunch of 
encrypted jibberish showing on the screen.

She wants to replace it.

Printer is throwing fits. It will print fine off
and on. At times it says it is printing and in the
que it says printing and that appears for hours.
The printer will also say tray 1 is empty when
there is paper already in it.
