Added printer on her iMac, did a test print. Also,
checked the computer because she complained that
it is slow.

Hello
Yes...thank you..the computer was added to domain.

I am now needing help with getting connected to a
printer. I was connected to Ellington on the old
computer. Julia said I need someone to come
connect it that has access to a password. Do I
need to set up an appointment for that?

emailed her, and let her know she needs the ports 
activated before we can go over there. Waiting 
for a response.

Computer has no internet access and it sounds 
like the ports are not activated. She will need 
to be added to the domain.
