The new toner did explode quite a bit. It was 
empty tho so I told them its either a toner they 
thought was new and was not or it defected and 
they needed to call it in.

Printer asked for the magenta toner to be 
replaced, but when it was replaced it still said 
low. She took the new toner out again, and now she 
says it's feeling empty.
