have copier codes for this copier.

My machine's ID is 20150671[Edit Inv], and the copier 
should be named MT - Copier.  I have availability 
from 1:00 - 1:50 MTRF.  This issue has happened 
before with our new copier in our department; I 
was informed that Shandelle Pepper has solved 
this problem on other computers.

Hello,



My name is Andrew Nerz, and I'm an instructor 
with the math department.  I recently received a 
new computer, and it doesn't seem to communicate 
well with our copier (MT-copier).  Another 
faculty member had some issues with it yesterday, 
so it doesn't seem like an isolated issue.

Do you know what needs to be done to fix it?
