Set password to a temp one and she reset on 
login.  Once the password updated and she saved it 
in the keychain the printing worked.

Tracy changed her password in Banner and portal, 
and now she is unable to log in. She is also 
unable to print, if she prints through banner she 
is able to. But if an application like word is 
running, she is unable to print.
