Hi Ellie,

I received a Service Request for new toner for 
your printer.

There are two ways to purchase toner for your 
machine.

1. You can purchase toner through me. I 
provided a program called eConcierge who works 
within Xerox. What they do is allow us to put 
our printers under warranty for life (10 years 
after the printer has been discontinued). Two 
consumables need to be purchased before the 
warranty goes into effect and after that 
consumables will always need to be bought 
through this program to keep the warranty 
going.

If you choose this I will need an email stating 
what you need and the WOU number of the 
machine. I will then send an email back with 
the cost of the order. If you approve then you 
will send another email back with the Index you 
want to charge it to.


2. You can buy toner online from where ever you 
would like. If you are unsure how lookup what 
kind if toner to order I am more then welcome 
to come down and show you.
