pick up the broken machine and put it into PDR.

The machine is refusing to believe what paper 
is in it. It had letter/plain and its asking 
for LRL. I tried everything within the printer 
and driver settings. Nothing is telling it to 
use LRL. 

I am guessing the sensor is bad on the paper 
tray.

Kim replaced an ink cartridge in her printer 
and now it won't print from her desktop. She is 
expecting a fax today and wants to make sure 
she will be able to receive it. She is leaving 
her office open for a tech to come by
