I believe I got the prints to come out with the 
color they wanted. No one has complained since I 
fixed it.

the professor that is having this issue.

I did color test prints on this machine and it 
they all came out good. Went to Beebs to see if 
he could show me the color issue but someone 
else had the issue and he just called it in.

He is going to talk to that individual and get 
back to me.

is faded
