It's printing now. There is ink but it's still
saying Low on Ink Magenta

Hi! One of our printers here at the Hamersly 
20130047[Edit Inv] (the leftmost HL-Ref West Printer) has 
some Magenta ink sort of crammed into the 
bottom of the slot. The printer is then reading 
it as empty when the printer has plenty of 
Magenta ink ready. We don’t feel comfortable 
removing it and would like some help.
