Dell had this order on hold cause they didn't see
that we already paid for the parts since we knew
it wouldn't be covered under warranty.

Description: damaged laptop 

We want to let you know that we have prepared a
loaner laptop for temporary use until we have a
replacement for your laptop. Your files and
folders has been transferred into the loaner
laptop and we will update you on replacement progress.

Presently, we would like to know when its
convenient for you to have us come in to deliver
the loaner laptop.
