I was having trouble because the printer wasn't
wanting to be kicked off the computer. Shina
showed me how to do it, ran printer spooling at
the same time as I deleted the printer driver. Had
to do it really quick or else it wouldn't work.

Hello, 

I am currently unable to connect to our main 
printer at the Cottage. The printer's name is 
Drake. When I try to print a document it will 
simply say "Unable to Connect" in the Microsoft 
Word Print Screen. I have asked a few 
colleagues and I appear to be the only one with 
this issue. I was wondering if someone could 
help me solve this soon. I'm in office 107 in 
the Cottage and would like someone to take a 
look. I probably won't be in but I check my 
emails frequently and as long as I'm not in 
class I can answer calls or texts to my cell 
phone.
