Try connecting to a projector first before
dropping it off. When dropped off please explain
what you did and help clarify why the laptop did
not work

laptop screen is going black. It is not
predictable when it does. It goes black at random
times and it doesn't matter what program is open
it will go black. There is also an issue with the
laptop not connecting to projectors. Have tried it
with multiple projectors and had no luck.
