The Mac I use in my office has been giving me
trouble for the last two years, and now it's
reached the point at which it's just not doing the
work I need it to do.  More specifically, today it
is having apparently insurmountable trouble
opening power point for me, which makes it
extremely difficult to prepare for my classes.  In
fact, I literally can't do my job unless this
computer starts treating me a little bit better.

Various troubles have occurred. For instance will
print 3 to 4 print jobs in a row and second one
print monitor says printer has been paused.
