I use a Dell Latitude laptop (WOU# 20160194) with
a docking station.  Usually when I close the
laptop lid I am still able to use my regular
monitor.  But now when I close the laptop lid it
doesn't work with my desktop monitor.  Is that
something I can change in settings without you
needing to send a tech over?
