Which installer did you use?  It should be "serialized 
desktop" install see the SR MEMO with instructions on the 
NEW equip setup for this station SR#63881

Hello,
I purchased Adobe Acrobat PRO back in June.  
Since then, I received a new computer.  I could 
be wrong, but I don’t think the Acrobat Pro 
came through on this new computer.  I try to 
edit PDF’s and I get an error
message saying I’m not paying for the Pro 
version.
 
No hurry, but if somebody could check on that 
for me, I would appreciate it.
