There are at least two of us in the Student
Success and Advising Office (APSC 401) who are
experiencing issues with our printers/printer
connection. When trying to print we are informed
that a "Driver Update Is Needed" but installing
the driver does nothing.

We had this same issue over the summer (eventually
all the computers were affected) and Peter and
Shandelle spent several days updating each of our
computers. Is there a way to get someone over to
take a look and, perhaps, fix this issue?

Thanks,

Melissa
