Run software updates on the computer and also
uninstall office and reinstall 2016. We have to
upgrade her OS version to EL Capitan, but we need
to backup her files before doing anything related
to that. Also we could try have her login and
check if the issue has to do with her profile,
because i was able to login in fine and faster.

Tamina is having issues with her computer 
running really slow. She is on vacation until 
January but would like to have it looked at 
before she gets back. Her administrative 
assistant Linda Kunze can let a tech into her 
office. She left her cell for questions 541-
740-7748
