Tomorrow (Thursday) I'll be here from 9:30 to 11, 
and again from 12:30 to 2, and again from 3:30 to 
5.  I occasionally step out to go for coffee, but 
if I do that I'll leave a note on the door.

I never heard back about the hours I had 
indicated would work for me.  So now I'm 
wondering if I can expect anyone to come and give 
me some help.  Please let me know.  My inability 
to print anything in my office is impeding my 
ability to serve students well, so I really do 
need some help.  -kk

greetings,
the new unit that was put in my office has no 
printers installed for use on it.  When I try 
to add local printers I run into authorization 
conflicts.  Thanks for setting it up so 
thoroughly.  

Can we set a time for someone to come and 
assist me with the numerous issues like this on 
this new unit?  I'd appreciate it if we could 
actually make this thing work.  It would make 
my ability to perform my own work much more 
robust.  Please let me know if and when I can 
get some help.  Thanks.
