This is a GFA replacement of cpu W#20130704[Edit Inv] with a 
new Dell Optiplex W#20160124[Edit Inv] and monitor 
W#20160360[Edit Inv].
Alan Phillips will need to perfom specialized software 
install on station when it is back down in the Keyshop and 
the new computer will need to be set up with a static IP 
according to Alan Phillips old computers static IP was : 
140.211.116.17 )  talk with Paul about getting this set as 
the static IP for the new computer.  The computer and 
GFA setup form are on the INVENTORY counter in 
ITC008
