Her machine has been delivered and setup. Brought 
back the loaner machine and put it on the loaner 
shelf.

For some reason only on her profile does the 
number pad not work. All the symbols work but 
not the numbers. If I log onto my profile or 
admin it works just fine.

I ran updates and a malware scan which did find 
about 200 malware alerts. I quarantined them 
but did nothing.

Gave her a loaner while I re-image her machine.
