I think she has a lemon – USC has looked at it 
at least twice and as she and I have been 
working together it has problems daily…odd 
ones, not even the same issue.  This morning 
her keypad locked up…then the ports died but 
today it worked, documents seem to take forever 
to save – randomly they don’t though.
 
Is there some Lemon Law policy for computing 
equipment?  I think she needs a replacement…
