it wasnt making a partition to image on. had to do
some extra steps in a command prompt in order to
make one. steps are in front of computer and i
crossed off the ones i have already done.

User Marsha Smith encounters excessive waits 
while running a browser-based third party app 
hosted on-campus (MPulse).  Other users in the 
same building do not have the same level of 
timeout issues; they can get good response at 
the same time Marsha is hung.
  Paul Lambert has troubleshot her port and 
cabling.  Do we have a well-performing loaner 
desktop PC we can swap in for her to try?  
Continued problems would rule out her equipment 
as the source.  She's using W20130710 - do we 
have anything better to loan her?
