The printer was paused on his machine. I deleted 
the prints in the queue and it unpaused. 

Added him to JAMF.

needs to have a "print operator password" He does
not have admin access to his computer and would
request that as well. He normally has not had
issues printing to this printer (krusty-CA-Ellington)
