loaner laptop that I gave her and put it on my 
desk so that I can update the loaner list.

The loaner laptop was delivered with a charger

Did a Diagnostic scan on this machine. Hard 
drive came back bad.

Machine is still under warranty.

Machine BSOD's when you hit launch Windows normally. It 
also will not boot safe mode. It is on the stand up desk 
reimaging.
