setup it up for her. I have her logged in and make
sure she could print.

if the laptop is a personal laptop it cannot be
hooked up to the printer. She can use VDI to print
from her personal if it is really needed

We tried putting in password, but I think she was 
typing it wrong.
Not able to connect to the internet, and she 
needs printer added to her laptop too.
