It's pulling a faulty paper jam error. The 
roller is not picking up the paper. They need a 
new pick up roller assembly.

Since this printer is 10 years old we no longer 
support it.

I sent information over to Gavin about the part 
that the printer needs. He is going to buy it.

Printer is continuing to jam. They open tray two
to fix it and it is slanted upwards. The fix is
only temporary and the rest of the print job
continues to jam.
