Hi Becka,

I need some additional information regarding service request

Description: Upgrade all Macs to 10.11 or higher

Our records show the iMac in your office is still running 
10.9.5. We need all Macs to be on 10.11 due to Meltdown 
and Spectre. Even if you don't use it can I swing by and add 
it to the management system?
