Any time is good for my laptop since I have my 
desktop to work from.  Katie only has the 
laptop so depending on how long it will take 
hers might be a little more tricky.  Also, ever 
since my desktop was updated I’ve been having 
problems with tabs crashing or media not 
playing when using firefox...also it seems like 
there is a longer delay when opening documents 
and office applications

Hi Holli,

Yes, we can do it after that. Would March 2nd 
work? I have available time between 9 am and 3 
pm. 

I know you are really busy so no rush on 
getting back to me. I do have a few question 
that would help me know exactly what we will 
need to do on your machine.

Could you tell me what OS X you are running on 
WOU#20130383[Edit Inv]? To do this go to the apple icon 
in the top left-hand corner of your screen. 
Within the drop down menu click on About This 
Mac. In there it will tell you what version you 
are running.

I also would like the WOU# of your assistance 
laptop. I am not sure if I have that on my list 
of Mac updates.

The update was done on my desktop...nothing on 
my laptop or my assistants laptop.  We are on 
the road today and also next week Wednesday-
Saturday.  Can it be done after that?

We actually have two machines under your name 
for updating. Looks like we came down and 
updated laptop with WOU# 20090790[Edit Inv]. 

We also have a laptop with WOU# 20130383[Edit Inv] that 
needs to be updated. The laptop is owned by 
Women's Basketball.

Sorry for the multiple messages I would also like 
to add that your computer will need to be backed 
up prior to the update. Also, depending on your 
machine or what OS it is running, this could take 
a while as well.
