We installed a new version of adobe. Seems to be 
working a lot better.

I found out that they are having issues 
scanning with Adobe 9. Adobe errors out with 
updates as well. The scanner program scans 
great so I told him to use that for now. I will 
try uninstalling and reinstalling the adobe 
product.

Fixed 20150518[Edit Inv]. Had to reinstall the scan 
software. I have 20140568[Edit Inv] at my desk to 
troubleshoot on Monday.

There are 2 scanners in NS 218, and they are
having multiple issues. They are freezing, saying
that the scanner is not available, and only
scanning one side of the paper.
