Hi Rhys,

Can we do Thursday at 9 a.m.? We have two 
machines we are needing to update. This may 
take up to two hours. 

Make sure to back any files you have on the 
desktop to your H drive or a USB stick.

Hi Shandelle,

Sorry about that; I must have been elsewhere on 
campus. I'll be in on Monday from 9 a.m. - 3 
p.m. and 4 - 6 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10 a.m. 
- 2 p.m. and 3-8:30 p.m. On Thursday, I'm 
around all day 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Let me know if

Sorry for the multiple messages I would also like 
to add that your computer will need to be backed 
up prior to the update. Also, depending on your 
machine or what OS it is running, this could take 
a while as well.

We are needing to update mac machines due to a 
security flaw. Your machine needs to be running 
OS X 10.11 or higher. I have uploaded a calendar 
in order for you to schedule a time for us to do

questions.
