I was looking for the machine because it needs to be updated to an OS X 10.11 or higher due to a security flaw. Do you have availability the week after spring break for us to do this? Depending on what OS X you are running this update could take one to two hours. If it really out of date then we have to re-image it which takes about an hour. We ask that you back up your machine to your H drive prior to our arrival. If you need a machine to work on while the update happens please let us know and I will get one ready. One last thing, can you please send me the room number/building in which this machine is located now. I want to update inventory with this information. Thank you, Shandelle Pepper	Add Attachment

I have a MacBook Pro with WOU#20120663 that is under a Sally Cleveland. I can not seem to find sally in any of the WOU systems. Does she not work here anymore. It says she worked for Creative Arts.
