Put Marita's back-up files in the shared folder so she 
can access them at anytime. Transferred Pam's files 
back to her desktop. 20121227[Edit Inv] has been re-imaged and 
set up is done. Task completed.

I need some additional information regarding

Description: *6/24 @ 9am*Mac Update for

I am Reggie the UCS Tech that was sent to help 
you back up your files. I made a mistake and 
thought your files were backed up to the h 
drive already but they are not. In fact it 
looks like you and Marita have about half a 
terabyte of data to back up each which is a 
huge amount and may take up 17 hours if we use 
the H drive. So I would suggest backing up to a 
physical harddrive if possible. We have spare 
harddrives here if you need one. When would be 
a good time for a UCS Tech to come to your 
office and handle this task?

2 users wardp and 
cardinm are wanting 
to back up their 
files to their h 
drive. They  each 
have about 450 gb of 
files. Process will 
take several hours. 
Currently backing up 
cardinm. 5.79 gbs so 
far. Will check in 
intermittently.

Megan:

Given our schedules right now, Pam and I would
both like to defer till fall term, or perhaps
couple this with a day in June when we will be on
campus for another task (tentatively scheduled for
Monday June 24. Would that work?

Hi Megan:

Jan Vandehey retired several years ago. Pam Ward and I 
both use the computer in OPE 209. It is a secondary 
computer for each of us and is used mostly in support of 
our PETE classes taught in OPE.

I am currently on a sabbatical leave, so not regularly on 
campus. What exactly do you need to do - is it something 
where we both have to be there? Or, do you just need 
access to the room/computer? Maybe Pam could let you in 
before or after her class spring term?

Good morning,

I'm looking for W20121227 (iMac 21.5) in our
inventory shows it's in OPE209 and the user being
Jan Vandehey, I don't see this user in our system
anymore. Do you know who uses this station now?

I have seen that both of you have logged into this
station within the last six weeks. We need to do
update the operating system on this iMac so it's
more secure. Please let me know if this can happen.
