She is on 10.12.4 I had her run an update to 10.12.6 and 
added her to Jamf. Can we make sure her other software 
gets upgraded Office etc.

I need some additional information regarding
service request #66338

Description: Mac Update for Mary Harden

We are needing to update mac machines due to a 
security flaw. Your machine needs to be running 
OS X 10.11 or higher. I have uploaded a calendar 
in order for you to schedule a time for us to do 
this for you. Please reply all if you have any 
questions.

I would also like to add that your computer will
need to be 
backed up prior to the update. Also, depending on
your 
machine or what OS it is running, this could take 
a while as well.

Not in Jamf. SCCM shows 10.9
