She contacted the department head, this is the email.

"The least scheduled time block for the dept. as a whole is probably 
between 2-5 on Fridays. There is also a computer on the cart kept in 
the closet of CH111. If they need access to that one, I don't believe 
there are any classes in 111 on M/W before 2pm. And the master key 
opens the padlock on the model closet door. Any faculty member can 
let them in..."
