I need some additional information regarding service request

Description: MAC UPDATE for Tamina Toray


We are needing to update mac machines due to a 
security flaw. Your machine needs to be running 
OS X 10.11 or higher. I have uploaded a calendar 
in order for you to schedule a time for us to do 
this for you. Please reply all if you have any 
questions.

I would also like to add that your computer will need to be 
backed up prior to the update. Also, depending on your 
machine or what OS it is running, this could take 
a while as well.

Her iMac is running on 10.10.3, she needs to be upgrade to 
10:12.
