It ended up being the copier codes having the 
issue. Nancy and I went through and fixed the code 
that he was using.

My computer (Todd hall 229) seems to not connect
to the TRI Color printer, even though it should. 
Nancy and I have tried to problem solve but
haven't been able to find a solution.  I have
tried PDF and Word docs.  It shows the option to
use the TRI Color and I can put my validated code
in, but when I hit print, my computer doesn't even
say it is trying to print.
