Printer was all kinds of messed up, the screen on it showed it was 
empty of ink that wasn't yellow, but it wasn't. Feed roller was messed 
up, once paper was pulled back to print second side it got destroyed. 
I told them there isn't much we can do.

These printers are considered throw away printers,
so if you can't fix it they have to buy a new one

Printer had a jam and is now only printing in 
black and yellow even though it has ink
