Shandelle,
Can I reschedule my Mac update? I have it set 
for 11am today, but I discovered this morning 
that my external hard drive at my house isn't 
working to back up items and I'm not going to 
be getting to campus to back it up on the hard 
drive much before the scheduled 11am 
appointment. Are there any times later in the 
week, say Wednesday or Thursday?

Hi Ken,

Thank you for filling out the Mac Update 
Doodle. 

You put down that you are available on Monday 
the 26th at 11 to 12.

I would like to confirm that we will be down to 
update your Mac at that time.

Please make sure your machine is back up to 
your H drive or any other external drive.

I also want to let you know that if your 
machine is running a 10.9 or less then we will 
have to re-image your machine.

An image takes about an hour but if you have 
special software installed it could take 
longer.

If this is something that needs to be done I 
will offer you a loaner if you would like one.

Again, Please remember to back up your machine.
