Hi Amanda,

Thank you for filling out the Mac Update 
Doodle. 

I see that you are available on Wednesday the 
28th at 9 am. I would like to confirm that we 
will be down at that time to update your Mac.

Here is some information I would like you to 
know.

1. Depending on what OS X you are running this 
update could take about two hours.

2. If you are running an OS X less then 10.10 
we will have to re-image your machine. This 
takes about an hour.

If we do need to re-image your machine I am 
more then welcome to give you a loaner for that 
hour if you need one.

Please remember to back up your machine to the 
H drive or any other external drive prior to 
our arrival. If you do not know how to do this 
please let me know.
