Yes, I will be available in my office next week 
Monday (March 5) at 4 - 6pm. Tuesday (March 6) 
at 10am - 2pm. The following week after Monday 
(March 12) and Wednesday (March 14) at 4 - 6pm. 
Thursday (March 15) at 10am - 2pm.

Thank you for this information.

We need to update your Mac machine due to a 
security flaw. Anyone with a Mac machine needs 
to be running a 10.11 or higher and our records 
show you are running lower than that.  
Depending on what version you are running this 
update could take an hour to two hours.

Do you have any availability for next week or 
the following week after for us to come down 
and update your machine?

Also, We ask that you back up your machine to 
your H drive or any other source of external 
drive prior to our arrival. If you are unsure 
how to do this please let me know.

Jolene Reed has my iMac now. I thought that was 
reassigned already? I have Mike Olivier’s 
MacBook. Just need mine upgraded. The iMac 
upgrade would have to be arranged with Jolene.

Hi Katie,

I just realized we have two service request for 
Mac updates for you because you have to Mac 
machines. We can update both at the same time. 
If this does not work for you we can update 
your iMac and then bring back your laptop to 
update in our office. If you need a laptop 
loaner I can set one up for you.
