I am all done re-imaging your mac. I was 
wondering if you had time for me to set it up 
while you were there so I can pull your profile 
backup onto it.

If not I can come down and set it up with Linda 
letting me in. Then you can email me when you 
do have time and I can come back down to load 
your back up.

Hi Rob,

I saw that you filled out the Doodle schedule. 
Thank you for that. 

Our records show that your machine is running 
on OS X 10.9.

Our new Mac managing system called JAMF has not 
been installed on your machine yet so my 
information could be wrong.

Could you check what, OS X, your are running on 
your Mac? To find this information do the 
following:

1. Click on the apple icon that is located on 
the top left-hand corner of your screen.

2. In the drop-down list click on About This 
Mac. In here you will find what version you are 
running.

If you are running anything below OS X 10.10 we 
will need to re-image your Mac. 

If this is something we need to do we will 
provide you with a loaner machine if you want 
one.

calendar in order for you to schedule a time 
for us to do this for you. Please put as much 
availability as possible. We will get back to
