Hi Maria,

Unless they need to re-image the tech normally 
does the update in your office. If you do not 
want them in your office for that long I can 
put a note for them to bring it back to our 
office to do it. Either way, we will come to 
you.

Hi Maria,

Thank you for filling out the Mac Update 
Moodle.

From the options you gave me can we do Monday 
the 26th at 9 am? 

Depending on what OS X version you are running 
this process could take 1 to 2 hours. If your 
machine is running anything lower then 10.10 we 
will have to re-image your machine. This 
process takes about an hour.

Please back up your machine to the H drive or 
any other sort of external drive before we 
update your machine. If you are unsure how to 
do this please let me know.
