Hello Patrick,

I am sorry that I did not get to book your Mac 
update within the week you put available. Is 
there a time next week that we may be able to 
update your Mac?

If you would like an estimate on how long it 
will take I will just need to know what OS X 
you are running. To find this you go to the 
apple icon in the top left-hand corner and 
click on about Mac. This can take any were from 
an hour to two hours depending on how out of 
date your machine is.

Scheduling form.

We are needing to update your Mac machine due 
to a security flaw. Your machine needs to be 
running OS X 10.11 or higher. The update can 
take one to two hours depending on what OS X 
you are running. I have uploaded a calendar in 
order for you to schedule a time for us to do 
this for you. Please put as much availability 
as possible. We will get back to you with a 
schedule confirmation. Please reply all if you 
have any questions.
