He called back and added the programs to startup 
and now it is a little better so may hold off on 
imaging for now.  He will contact us next Monday.

Would like to have computer Imaged on Tuesday.  He 
will bring it by the office before his classes.  He 
would like to have it done by the end of the day.

running slow and will take up to 30-45 min to
